Free Consultation

Prior to booking Crittersitters there will be an initial free, no obligation consultation visit. The purpose of this is to meet your pet s , ascertain your exact requirements and gain some specific information. It is also your opportunity to find out about the services that are offered and for you and your pet to get to know us.

We will ask about your pet’s likes and dislikes, temperament, relevant medical history, your preferred emergency contact details and the contact numbers for your veterinary practice. We will talk about home security and other services we offer.

If at this point you want to book Crittersitters we will require 50% deposit. Your booking will be confirmed in writing, it is important that if your pets health, temperament and/or routine changes between the time of booking and the visit that you contact us to keep us informed. This will help to ensure your pet is cared for in the way you would want.

At the point that the booking is confirmed we ask that you contact your vet to let them know that we will be looking after your pet. In the unlikely event that we need to visit the vet in your absence it would be beneficial if they were aware that someone other than yourselves will be responsible.
